The award was presented by the Minister of Communications, YB Datuk Ahmad Fahmi bin Mohamed Fadzil, during Hari Kurier Negara 2025, held on 1 November 2025 at the Shah Alam Convention Centre. This year’s event, themed “Merakyatkan Penghantaran, Menghubungkan Negara”, emphasized the importance of collaboration and shared responsibility in advancing the national courier and logistics landscape.
Aligned with the event’s focus on industry improvement, Hari Kurier Negara 2025 showcased several key initiatives, including network-sharing strategies to expand service accessibility, strategic partnerships with leading e-commerce platforms, and the launch of the Code of Practice for Postal Services, aimed at elevating service standards across the sector.
Receiving the MyKurier Safety Star Rating is a testament to Klach Courier Services’ continuous efforts to uphold stringent safety practices, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver trustworthy services that support both businesses and its people.
